Bushwick

TÚNEL

Bushwick Túnel was an underground rave-meets-perreo experience that brought the Guajataca tunnel (cave-like) energy to Brooklyn. Inspired by Bad Bunny’s video for “El Apagón” we created a dance floor that was dark, high-energy, and an immersive space driven by heavy bass, community DJs, and PR Parade energy.

The goal of the event was to celebrate the NYC Puerto Rican Day Parade by spotlighting top Puerto Rican DJs, while keeping the island of Puerto Rico at the center of the conversation. Beyond the music, we wanted to acknowledge the ongoing issues Puerto Rico faces — colonization, exploitation, and displacement — and highlight grassroots organizations doing real work to support the community on the ground.
